We get it, things go wrong, luckily for us, it’s not very often, but when it does you can be sure we’ll own it, and that means doing absolutely everything to bring everything back on track, learn more about how to handle the odd hiccup below and what you’re agreeing to in partnering with www.swagnsend.com

Design Proofs

Before anything goes to print, we send a design mockup that requires your approval, once approved our suppliers commence printing, unfortunately after printing has kicked off, we’re unable to make any design/product changes.

Printing

When it comes to printing on products there are numerous print methods, the majority of which will not be an exact match to your logo’s hex/colour code (Unless Digitally printed) majority of our work is pad / Screen printed using primary Pantone colours, which one of our designers will match as close as possible to your logo/colour, alternatively, we are happy to use the primary Pantone colours you supply.

In any instance where there is a complete mismatch, please advise us within 7 days and swagnsend will replace, credit, or refund where necessary.

Product Guarantee

We pride ourselves on only supplying quality products which go through an extensive QA process if for any reason you’re not satisfied with a product or there’s a fault or problem with that product, please advise us within 7 days and swagnsend will endeavor to replace, credit or refund where necessary.

Shipping / Postage / Customs / Taxes

As part of the Swagnsend service we pack and send when you need using our network of courier providers with preferred discount rates, unfortunately using a 3rd party for shipping & postage we’re unable to make any guarantees on time & delivery and or accept any responsibility for additional costs related to tax, import duties or levies, and you agree by using swagnsend to be liable for these costs. (Please note, we will always do what we can advise / inform you of any associated additional costs on overseas delivery)

If a package has been sent out, and not received within 14 days, please advise us in the earliest instance so we can follow up, resend/refund where necessary We’re unable to take liability for any lost packages that are a result of an incorrect address and or abandon packages as a result of the recipient, any incurred return to sender costs will be billed to the client.
